Inspired by Home
I created Drawn Cottage from a love of the quiet things that become life's greatest treasures—a family gathered together, the home where memories were made, a beloved pet waiting at the door, a favorite garden in bloom, a precious lyric & verse, or a simple moment that deserves to be remembered long after it has passed.
Where it Began
Some of my favorite childhood memories were made every June at our family's little cottage, where summertime meant celebrating my birthday surrounded by the people I loved most. It wasn't an extravagant place, but it was filled with laughter, tradition, and the kind of moments that stay with you long after childhood. That cottage reminds me that home isn't defined by its size, but by the memories created within its walls.
Many of those memories were shaped by my mother, whose love of cottage gardens, antique shops, and delicate teacups and dishware taught me to appreciate beauty in things that have been lovingly cared for and passed from one generation to the next. Weekend outings often meant wandering antique stores together, discovering pieces with stories of their own, then returning home to admire the flowers blooming in my mother's garden. Those quiet moments instilled in me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage, and the beauty found in everyday life.
Those experiences continue to inspire every part of Drawn Cottage.

My Greatest Inspiration
Today, my greatest inspiration is my own family. They remind me why preserving memories matters and why I hope every piece I create becomes an heirloom for someone else.
